Milkcrate Athletics stands unique as the originator of music inspired clothing. Created by Aaron LaCrate, its philosophy involves elements from the street: spinning records, graffitti, skateboarding… each has the same driving force. We see milkcrate as a symbol of the street: crates lay around all over the city and people do everything with them: put records in ‘em, use ‘em as basketball hoops, put ‘em on the bike handlebars, play checkers on ‘em.
