Refund policy

All full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange.

Orders requesting to be returned or exchanged must be shipped back to us within 10 days of your order being delivered.

We do not provide return labels for orders requesting a return or exchange.

All sale items and special release items are final sale. Sale items and special release items cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are any item marked down from its original retail price, and ending in .99 cents. Special release items will be noted in the product description.

All orders being returned must include all the original packaging that was included with each item.

All refunds will be processed when the order is received. Expect the refund (minus the original shipping cost) to appear on your statement within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

All exchanges will be processed when the order is received. Expect the exchange to be shipped out within 2 days.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled. Once a tracking number has been assigned to your order, your order is considered fulfilled.

All orders go through a secondary verification process, which helps us combat fraud. If an order comes through and is flagged as being potentially fraudulent, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

We cannot disclose reasonings for orders being flagged as fraud.

At times, our product selection will update automatically. Any order that is placed with a product that is uploaded automatically without photos, or before the release date, will be cancelled.
