Domestic Shipping

Thank you for shopping with West NYC!

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive them.  During major Holidays, our processing time might be delayed due to an influx of orders.

All orders over $130, will require signature confirmation for delivery.

Please ensure you are utilizing your real name for order details. Utilizing a nickname or other name on your order details may cause an issue with the shipping carrier delivering your order correctly.

We are not able to adjust shipping/billing/sizing details after an order has been placed. Please contact info@westnyc.com with your order number so it could be cancelled.

Once your order is cancelled, you may replace it with the correct information.

At times shipping carriers may experience delays while your item is moving through their network. Unfortunately, this is not something we are able to assist with, and we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to assist with information about the delay.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We will try to do our best and initiate claims with the respective shipping carrier, but please note that results of investigations are not guaranteed.

Investigations with shipping carriers can take up to 15 business days.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at check out. We will attempt to correct incomplete or incorrect addresses to the best of our ability. Orders that we cannot correct an incomplete or incorrect address, will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders that are returned to us due to the shipping carrier being unable to deliver it to the address given at check out, will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Currently, we do not offer a Buy Online, Pick up In-Store option. Please contact the store at 212-787-8595 for current in-store availability on the item(s) you are interested in.

International Shipping

Westnyc.com is pleased to ship worldwide through our partner, GlobalShopex.com - Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.

The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost of shipping and duties and taxes upfront. You may prepay duties and taxes when you check out or pay upon delivery.

If you prepay, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery. GlobalShopex handles the international checkout and shipping and will process your payment and guarantee delivery.

  • STANDARD SHIPPING arrives at your address in between 10 to 15 business days.
  • PRIORITY SHIPPING arrives at your address in between 5 to 10 business days.

International orders are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or returned.
